For five days and four nights, guests will enjoy carefully curated dining, cultural excursions, and wellness experiences in one of the Southwest’s most beautiful settings.

Begin the morning with a gentle Pilates and mobility session designed to improve balance, flexibility, and joint health.

Optional recovery experiences including IV hydration therapy and therapeutic massage will also be available.
Culinary Experiences

Reserve your place by completing the online booking form and $800 deposit. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the retreat begins.

4-star stay at Omni-Montelucia Thursday through Monday. Airport transfers, welcome reception with craft cocktails, longevity session, private Taliesin West tour, guided McDowell Preserve walk, dinner at Elements at Sanctuary, Private chef dinner with curated wine, spa, pool, and golf free time.

Absolutely. Many guests join solo and connect quickly with the group. Rooms can be booked for single or double occupancy.

No prior experience is needed. Classes are designed for all levels and tailored to meet each guest where they are.

Each day includes a morning Pilates session, breakfast, wellness talk or curated excursion, and plenty of downtime for rest and exploration.

Group transfers are arranged from Florence on arrival and departure days. Guests are also welcome to rent their own car if they prefer greater independence—there is ample parking at the villa for personal vehicles.

Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to departure. If you must cancel, we’ll do our best to help you find a replacement guest. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
