Elevate Tuscany 2026 – A Pilates & Wellness Retreat
Curated by Sojourn & Soirée LLC in partnership with Desert Harmony Wellness

1. Reservation & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $800 USD per person is required to secure your place.
Reservations are confirmed once your deposit and registration form are received.

2. Payment Schedule

The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the retreat start date.
Failure to make final payment by the deadline may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat start date will receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the $800 deposit.
Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat are non-refundable.
Reservations may be transferred to another participant without penalty, provided Sojourn & Soirée is notified in writing.

4. What’s Included

• Five nights’ accommodation at a private Tuscan villa
• Daily breakfast and four chef-prepared dinners
• Group Pilates and wellness sessions led by certified facilitators
• Private group transfer from Florence to the villa (arrival and departure days)
• Welcome aperitivo and villa orientation

5. Not Included

• Flights and airport transfers outside group times
• Optional excursions, spa treatments, and personal activities
• Lunches, beverages outside included meals, and personal expenses
• Travel and medical insurance (strongly recommended)

Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

6. Voluntary Participation

I understand that Elevate Tuscany 2026 includes physical activities such as Pilates, stretching, walking, and other wellness exercises. I am voluntarily participating and acknowledge these activities carry inherent risks.

7. Assumption of Risk

I accept full responsibility for any risk of injury, illness, or loss that may occur as a result of my participation in retreat activities, excursions, or travel to and from the retreat.

8. Medical Clearance

I confirm that I am in good health and have obtained approval from my physician to participate in Pilates and wellness activities. I will disclose any medical conditions that could affect my participation.

9. Release of Liability

I hereby release and hold harmless Sojourn & Soirée LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, and affiliates—including Desert Harmony Wellness and its representatives, Dr. Guadalupe Herrera-Garcia and Dr. Maria Martinez—from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities for injury, illness, or loss arising from participation in the retreat or related travel.

10. Independent Services

I understand that any advice, education, or wellness services provided by Desert Harmony Wellness are for general wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical treatment. Participation in such services is voluntary, and I will seek independent medical care as needed.

11. Travel & Personal Property

I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my personal travel arrangements, property, and compliance with local laws and safety practices.

12. Itinerary Changes

While every effort will be made to deliver the itinerary as described, Sojourn & Soirée LLC reserves the right to make substitutions or adjustments due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, USA, and any disputes will be handled within its jurisdiction.

14. Agreement

By submitting payment and my registration form, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the Participant Waiver & Release of Liability.
